Dr Alexis Benos is a physician and Prof in Social Medicine and Primary Health Care teaching in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. His main interests are social determination of health, inequalities and social epidemiology and Primary Health Care. Long standing member of the International Association of Health Policy[IAHP} and founding member of the People’s Health Movement[PHM].
