Aziz Rhali, Parma D, is the president of the Moroccan Association for Human Rights and the coordinator of the Coalition for Health in Morocco. Dr. Rhali also serves as the vice coordinator of the World Social Forum for Health and Social Protection and a member of the International Council of the World Social Forum. He also a member of the coordinating bureau of the Arab NGO Network for Development (ANND).
