Sarah Hess is a public health expert skilled in Global Public Health, Global Health Policy, Health Emergency Preparedness, Infectious Diseases, Community Engagement, and Communication. She has been serving with the World Health Organization (WHO) since 2014 as a Technical Officer in the HIV andHhepatitis Department and since 2018 with the Health Emergencies Programme on High Impact Events Preparedness.
