Michael Lwin is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Koe Koe Tech, Myanmar. He leads a multi-disciplinary organization to build technology solutions in health, law and governance, and digital financial services. In the last year, he has written on the application of International Human Rights Law and Article 19 as a legal basis for combatting harmful online speech and technology accountability. He is a member of Yale's Computation and Society Initiative and was previously a Research Fellow at Georgetown University. Mr. Lwin holds a law degree from New York University School of Law, and was a practicing anti-trust lawyer prior to moving to Myanmar.
