In my current role I have significant experience as Director of WHO Collaborating Centre: international health care adviser and policy expert with professional expertise in human resources for health (HRH), health system strengthening, health workforce planning, in-service training, quality improvements, capacity development, stakeholder participation and regulation. I have particular expertise in directing a global center ensuring that the objectives of the programs of work are delivered, demonstrating impact at global, regional, country and local level, with all work well publicised, online, at global and regional presentations, and in publications. I have worked in the Western Pacific region for over 20 years carrying out over 60 projects in 25 countries.
